Congratulations! On March 19, 2009 a Master's Degree (Master of Science in Elementary School Management) was confered upon Br. Lito Garay Doguiles, Missionary of Africa, by the University of Cebu. He had successfully defended his thesis on “Contents and Strategies of the Existing Human Sexuality Modules at San Carlos Seminary College”.
During the time of preparing for his master's Lito accepted to be the human formation coordinator and counsellor at the Archdiocesan San Carlos College Seminary.
Presently Lito is preparing himself for his new appointment to Tabora/Tanzania. We have been greatly enriched by his presence with us as a volunteer member of the formation team.
Present at the ceremony with him were his Mother Mrs. Garay Doguiles, his niece and sister, Frs. Bernard Monteron, Emmanuel Lengaigne, Charles Timoney and Thomas Schwiedessen.

Present on the community picture taken in Krua Thai Restaurant is Fr. Luisito Loloy Poe who visited us from Davao on the way to Bohol, where he visited our confrere Dioscoro Coro Pansito Malugao's family.
