We are 5 Missionnaries of Africa attending this campus: Bernard (Zambia), Laurence Musoka (Sudan), Evariste Some Yago Abeledo (Tanzania), and Luka Kola (Uganda).
This a campus organized by APTE (a NGO from Germany) The theme of the Campus is "PEACE BUILDING AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION" It is composed of three sections. We have just finished the first one centered in focussing in ourselves as peace builders. The first module was called the "Biographical approach" and the second one the "Right Inner Power". These have been very powerful days opening our eyes to the big challenge in front of us:
Before we go to build peace and to solve the conflicts of the world, let us start solving our own inner conflicts, building peace within ourselves. We got many insights that will illuminate and enrich our pastoral ministry focussing it from the peace building perspective. The second section of the campus focussing is skills for "non-violence communication". The third and the last week will start by three days insertion in Nakuru, guided by Kenyan Justice and Peace commission. The insertion will be link with the violence that occurred during the past post/elections in January 2008.

We are 25 participants from 15 different countries. Many of the participants come from countries living in conflict or undergoing a difficult healing process (Sudan, Congo, Rwanda, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Chad...)

After the module dedicated to empower our meetings (Open Forum: "changing the world in a meeting") we went through a new module dedicated to "Nonviolent Communication" (trainer: Sonja Leonard).

Nous sommes 5 Missionnaires d'Afrique qui suivons ce séminaire : Bernard (Zambie), Laurence Musoka (Soudan), Evariste Some Yago Abeledo (Tanzanie), et Luka Kola (Ouganda).
Avant d'aller construire la paix et résoudre les conflits du monde, commençons par résoudre nos propres conflits intérieurs, en construisant la paix en nous-mêmes. Nous avons acquis un bon éclairage pour enrichir notre pastorale et la centrer sur une perspective de construction de la paix. La deuxième section du séminaire a pour objectif les compétences en "communication de la non-violence." La troisième et dernière semaine commencera par trois jours d'insertion à Nakuru, guidés par la Commission Kenyane Justice et Paix. L'insertion sera le lien avec les violences qui suivirent les élections de janvier 2008.
Nous sommes 25 participants de 15 pays différents. De nombreux participants viennent de pays vivant en conflit ou subissant un processus difficile de réconciliation (Soudan, Congo, Rwanda, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Tchad...)

Après le module consacré à donner force à nos réunions (Discussion libre : " changer le monde en une réunion ") nous avons travaillé sur un autre module dédié à " La communication non-violente " (formateur : Sonja Leonard).
